I’m an abstract painter based in Philadelphia. I moved to the U.S. from Ukraine in my early 20s. I studied art and art therapy at Drexel University, which helped me see beyond the aesthetics and develop my own visual language through combining psychological elements and creative expression.

My work is deeply process-driven. I pay close attention to materials, texture, and movement. My paintings combine the dualities - the mess and precise techniques.

Life isn’t linear, and neither is my work.

ARTIST STATEMENT

"A painting is not a picture of an experience; it is an experience." - Mark Rothko

I create large-scale immersive and striking paintings where movement and stillness co-exist together in balance. My work reflects the depth of healing while choosing peace, joy and love.

As both an artist and a trained psychotherapist, my work draws inspiration from the organic rhythms of nature while exploring the connection between emotion, the psyche, and the creative process.

My creative process always starts with a raw, unfiltered exploration of textures, colors, and forms. Through this, I employ a wide range of techniques and gradually shaping them into a dance between tension and harmony. The shapes remain open and suggestive, leaving space for the viewer’s imagination to engage and complete the experience.
